Player registrations 

There are now 3 steps to complete!

1. Create a FAN ID for the player via The FA (See PDF below)

2. Sign up or log in to the members section of the EMH website below.

3. Complete the EMH player registration form

4. Select your payment plan here

5. Please do not use this form for Youth Development

Registration will not be fully complete until all of the above have been  completed
